baby is crying...breathe and take a moment, this will pass and you can handle it or ask for help. remember to put your phone down or pay attention. it's worth it to laugh ,watch,or listen.
Being in the moment can be wonderful and it can be awful. be present for NOW so you can embrace what's next.
